ABOUT MORGAN & MODERN TABLE
FOOD FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Living well, striving towards goals, or achieving health outcomes isn’t only a destination. It’s a journey that’ll never be linear. It’ll be unique as you are and require time, patience, and lots of grace. As I reflect on my own journey through autoimmune illness, which brought about this business, God showed me what it means to strive towards becoming better every day, but not without help from Him. Working on the parts of our lives that need fine-tuning and nourishment so we can become the better version of ourselves each and every day only bears fruit by trusting Him to provide for all that we need along the way. Becoming the version of you He created you to be is the most healthy, whole, and happy you’ll ever be.
I believe so strongly in the connection between how you care for your body, mind, and soul and how that directly influences the caliber in which you show up for your life and fulfill your responsibilities. My goal, through my business, is to offer a simple solution to support you along your life’s daily journey: customizable meal-prep solutions to help you be your best in this life.

modern
adj. • /ˈmɑdərn/
MODERN
The Oxford Dictionary defines modern as: “relating to the present or recent times as opposed to the remote past.”
I chose this word for two reasons. First, the menu offerings are designed with the latest nutritional science to offer optimal health and promote your individual wellness goals.
Second, to challenge the way you view today’s “modern” diet. The standard American diet is the elephant in the room whether you’re around your kitchen table or in the doctor’s office. It’s time we realize that what’s at the end of our forks is contributing to the health crisis in this country and in our homes.
n. • /ˈteɪb(ə)l/
TABLE
Tables bring people together. Most of us start and end our day sitting at a table. They offer a sense of community and connection. Sharing conversation, time, and meals with our loved ones is proven to boost mental and physical health among families. By taking the stress out of deciding what, when, and the how of cooking, my hope is that you find yourself with more mental and emotional space for your family. That you find yourself focusing on the “who’s at my table” rather than “what am I going to put on the table tonight?”
