Classic Guacamole

A small-batch guacamole recipe that will leave you licking the bowl!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium avocados or 3 mini avocados
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp jalapeno, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ tsp each salt and pepper more to taste
  • dash cayenne and cumin optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, scoop out avocado. Add tomato, onion, jalapeno, tomato and cilantro. Mash and stir until desired consistency.
  • Pour lime juice over top of guacamole. Sprinkle in salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Add more salt, pepper, lime juice, or the other ingredients to reach desired taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a touch of heat!
