Ingredients
2
medium avocados
or 3 mini avocados
½
small red onion, chopped
1
roma tomato, diced
⅓
cup
fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2
tbsp
jalapeno, diced
1
garlic clove, minced
1
lime, juiced
½
tsp
each salt and pepper
more to taste
dash
cayenne and cumin
optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, scoop out avocado. Add tomato, onion, jalapeno, tomato and cilantro. Mash and stir until desired consistency.
Pour lime juice over top of guacamole. Sprinkle in salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add more salt, pepper, lime juice, or the other ingredients to reach desired taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a touch of heat!
