Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/4 avocado 1-2 tbsp almond butter work well too.
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1½-2 cups almond milk
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder aim for 20-30 grams of protein
  • hemp seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with extra chia seeds, coconut flakes, or hemp hearts if desired.
