Method
- Toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until they produce a nutty aroma. Stir constantly and be careful not to burn them. Set aside to cool slightly.
- When sesame seeds are cool, place in food processor and blend for 30-45 seconds until a thick paste is formed.
- Add olive oil and a dash a salt and blend for an additional 30 seconds until smooth.
- Transfer to a jar and store for up to 5 months in the fridge.
